Fenugreek

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a plant native to the Middle East and North Africa. Its stems bear leaves with three leaflets and its fruits are in the form of long pods filled with small, brown, angular seeds. These seeds contain soluble fibers called mucilages which would have the property of capturing and fixing some of the fats contained in food. Fenugreek is said to help support and balance fat metabolism *. So it could help in losing weight. Fenugreek is also known to contribute in the normal metabolism of glucose and insulin *.

Available in extract dosed at 60% saponins.
