Which plants to relieve heavy legs?

Red vine

The vine or Vitis vinifera is a shrub cultivated since antiquity. It has many health benefits mainly due to its polyphenols. Horse chestnut

The horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) is a tree native to the Balkans contrary to what its name suggests. Traditionally, horse chestnut fruit has been used to relieve symptoms of venous insufficiency in the legs. It helps maintain good venous circulation in the legs * and promotes circulatory health *. Aescin is the active molecule in horse chestnut. It is known for its anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor effects.
